LIVING PATRIOT REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund and Exchange Policy (Keep your original product packaging!)

At Living Patriot we stand behind our products, our service, and our customers. If a manufacturing flaw is evident with your product, please follow the instructions below. You will be notified via email of the status of your refund or exchange.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, return, or exchange. Only regular priced items qualify for a refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Gift cards are not eligible for return.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must include a manufacturing flaw, or not be the item listed on your receipt. Your item must be unused, be in the same condition in which it was received, and include the original packaging. 

A personalized item (i.e. any laser engraved logos or text) is not eligible for refund or exchange unless it includes a manufacturing flaw. If a Living Patriot Prism is flawed, but the personalized Prism Lid is not, then the Prism qualifies for exchange, but the personalized Prism Lid does not.

Manufacturing flaws do not include cracks or scratches that can occur if products are not handled carefully, before and after being removed from the original shipping box. For example, cracks may occur if a product is dropped, or scratches may occur if a product is mishandled. These and other similar types of incidents are not considered manufacturing flaws. Please handle your product with care.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

STEP 1: Email us at returns@livingpatriot.com. We will notify you when we’ve received your request.

In your email, include the following:

  • The order number and the buyer’s name, shipping address, email, and phone number.
  • A scan or photo of the packing slip, an email receipt, or other proof of purchase.
  • Photos showing the manufacturing flaw and other relevant details.

STEP 2: Keep your original product packaging!

STEP 3: We will email you the status of your refund or exchange, and will provide additional instructions.

Please DO NOT send your item back to Living Patriot before receiving an email with instructions.

Refunding or Exchanging Approved Items
After you have been notified that your item has been approved for a refund or exchange, it is very important that you repack the item using the original packaging including the original plastic bags, foam, and shipping box. You will be emailed a PDF file of a pre-paid shipping label, with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, to be printed and taped to the box. Then, you need to take the box to the shipping location near you.

After Living Patriot receives and inspects your returned item, we have the right to change that status of the refund or exchange based on the condition of the returned item. This is why it is important to carefully and correctly repack your item before shipping it to us. We cannot refund or exchange your original item if it arrives damaged due to shipping.

Refunds
If you are approved for a refund, the amount shown on your receipt will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds may take a few days to show in your bank account or credit card statement once they are processed. If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account and credit card again. 

Exchanges
If you are approved for an exchange, a replacement unit will be shipped to the address provided to us through email correspondence after we have received your original item. You will receive a tracking number via email.
